Reynaldo “Palito” Hipólito

Pinoy Film Icon: Palito passes away at age 76
Reynaldo “Palito” Hipólito (1934-April 12, 2010) was a veteran Filipino 70’s-80’s slapstick comedian/actor, well-known for his unusually light and thin anatomy, thus earning him the self-deprecating screenname ‘Palito’, which is Spanish for ‘stick’, understood in Filipino as ‘matchstick’ or ‘toothpick’.
MANILA, Philippines – Veteran comedian Palito passed away Monday morning.
He was 76.
Palito, Reynaldo Hipolito in real life, died at 7:05 a.m. at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) in Manila after suffering complications from lung problems.

it was just recently when i saw this music video with him in it which freaked me out. i even asked my friend whether he is still alive. oh dear…may he rest in peace.
just googled it. it’s Ambotsa by Rivermaya.
RIP – Palito, 76, made a living as a living corpse. In over 70 films, he was often cast as a skeleton or zombie, but eventually got lead roles in Rambuto, a Rambo spoof, and James Bone, where he plays an emaciated version of 007. http://urdead2me.wordpress.com/2010/04/12/rip-palito/
